School meals and trips

School meals

School meals are currently provided by Caterlink at a price of £2.39.

From September, our school meals will be provided by Aspens. Information about Aspens and their menu can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.

Parents need to open an account for their child on SCOPAY and keep it in credit in order for school meals to be ordered daily in school. The current menu is attached at the bottom of this page, along with a parent's guide to opening, linking and updating your SCOPAY account.

Free school meals

Up-to-date information about free school meal eligibility and how to apply can be found on the Bracknell Forest website.

Nut/peanut allergies

Please ensure that packed lunches do not contain any form of nut/peanuts. This includes Nutella, peanut butter, chocolate/cereal bars containing nuts, and any other products that contain nuts. Whilst we appreciate this may cause an inconvenience, we have to consider the welfare of all children and have a duty of care for them. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Paying for school trips

We use SchoolMoney to manage payments for school trips. A parent's guide to this system can be found below.
